Uninstall Software
Make sure you do not already have the software installed. If you do, you need to uninstall it:
Start >
Programs >
PokerHeaven >
Uninstall PokerHeaven
Clear Cookies
VERY IMPORTANT!
If you have been to the PokerHeaven website before coming to RakeTheRake (or even clicked on a link on another affiliates website), a cookie would have been placed in your computer. You should definitely clear the cookies on your browser before going any further just to be sure. (Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies). This process will NOT affect any of the rakeback deals you have at any other poker roomsDownload
Click 'Download' below and you will be taken to the PokerHeaven website where you should follow the download and install instructions. By clicking on the download, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Create an Account
- When you have finished installing the software, the PokerHeaven lobby will launch.
- Click 'NEW USER' bottom left of the login to register you new PokerHeaven account (see right).
- The 'New User' window will appear. Complete the simple form then PokerHeaven will send you an email within 24 hours confirming your rakeback promotional offer.

Once you have successfully downloaded and registered your PokerHeaven account please let us know your PIN and Screen Name at PokerHeaven:
Uninstall Software
You must make sure that there are no previous installations of PokerHeaven poker on your computer. To check whether you have a previous installation and to uninstall do the following:
In Windows click START > PROGRAMS > POKERHEAVEN > UNINSTALL POKERHEAVEN
The uninstall wizard will guide you through the process.
Delete Cookies - VERY IMPORTANT!

In Internet Explorer 6 click Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies

Download Software
To download the poker software click on the PokerHeaven logo below and you will be taken to the PokerHeaven website. Click 'Download' (see right) to begin the dowload. By clicking on the logo, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Create an Account
Once the software is installed the lobby will appear and you will need to create a new account at PokerHeaven. Click 'NEW USER' in the bottom left of the login window (see right).
When the 'New User' window has loaded be sure to complete and submit the simple form (See right for an example form). PokerHeaven will send you an email within 24 hours confirming your rakeback promotional offer.
