Uninstall Software
You must make sure that there are no previous installations of RedKings poker on your computer. To check whether you have a previous installation and to uninstall do the following:
In Windows click START > PROGRAMS > REDKINGS POKER > UNINSTALL RedKings POKER
The uninstall wizard will guide you through the process.

The 'Open New Account' window will appear. Make sure you Complete all the relevant details and enter 'RTRSIGN' in to the 'Reference Code' Field.
