I was a regular kid who grew up in the suburbs of Vancouver. I was highly competitive and obsessed with sports and games. I was first introduced to poker at a Halloween party in 2004. We each put in 5 bucks. A friend of mine taught us how to play and I luckboxed the win. The very next day I made an account on Partypoker and started with play money. I started winning right away. I realized that all I had to do was play tight and they would hand me their chips. It was at that point that I realized there was a skill aspect to poker.

I quit my job in 2007 while my main game was NL$100. Fast forward to today, the fall of 2010, and I am being staked and mentored by DTB's Matt Bolt.
