Looking at their cash/VPP rewards scheme is miserly. Instead of receiving $90(for rake from jan/feb) I'm getting $23.

Do you have an email address of someone I can moan to over at Betfair?

    Cheers,
    Hello,

Please accept my apologies for any disappointment. Rakeback is valid for the lifetime of the offer, for as long as the poker room allows it. When Betfair moved to iPoker the Network they were no longer allowed to offer traditional rakeback.

Existing players were given a limited opportunity to grandfather their rakeback deal, emails regarding this were sent out by both ourselves and Betfair in May 2013. Please ensure that you are opted in to receive emails and that they do not get filtered into your junk/ spam folder.

I am double checking your Loyalty status with Betfair and will get back to you next week.

    Thank you for your patience.
    Best wishes

    Victoria

Cheers for going to bat for me. I did grandfather my account as I played a few hands in the early days as per email instructions. However I did make a mess of registering the name DBFd with you as I put an apostrophe (DBF'd). This was corrected by one of your colleagues recently.

    Thanks for the assistance.
