    cake wrongly charged $1200 on my credit card, no reply from support

    I tried to make a $600 deposit with my credit card to cake, got message my transaction was declined pls try again with the same card, tried again, got the same message, gave up.

    Later noticed they DID charge my card $600 each time. I tried to contact cake support 3 times, it's been over two weeks, I def do not want to get stuck with $1200 charges. How do I contact them to get it reversed? Or shld I do a chargeback or cashout? Cashout might take forever.

    This totally sucks, not to mention since both my transactions got "declined", I got no deposit bonus either.

    Any help, pls?

Due to a communication error with our credit card processor, the transaction was displayed to you and treated in our system as DECLINED, but was in fact SUCCESSFUL. We are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

    If due to attempting to deposit again after seeing a DECLINE result, you have been charged for multiple deposits when only one was intended, please contact us as soon as possible and we will have the unintended charges reversed.

    Please be aware that all charges will appear on your credit card statement as:

    iPartment-VCP AG


    Again we aplogise for any confusion or inconvenience that this matter may have caused you and wish you best of luck at the tables as always.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a communication issue with our credit card processor a while back that caused deposits to show as declined when in fact they were not. This has now been fixed.

    I have made sure that your unintended deposit of $600 was refunded directly back to your credit card.

    For US players, going forward please email support@juicystakes.eu even if the issue originated on Cake. If necessary the Juicy Stakes support team can be in touch with the Cake support team but most issues including cashier issues can be resolved by the Juicy Stakes support team.

    but also - can you either reverse the other deposit too or at least credit my account with the deposit bonus? both of my transactions showed as declined!

    Which deposit bonus were you attempting to use?

    I believe it was 50% up to $600 deposit bonus. Not sure about the deposit code anymore, but if you need to look it up, it must have been around sept 10-11.

    Looks like the bonus was 50% up to $300, but considering the hassle you went through I'll gladly make it $600.

    You should be able to start earning the bonus now and you have the usual 3 month period to clear it.
