    What is the status with Euroclub? They have been able to upgrade their software does this mean funds are available to process some of the pending cashouts?

    If you can once again inquire about my pending cashout that would be appreciated!

    Hi Johnny,

    Is it safe to assume that when I deposited last March, which was after all this Lock Poker stuff, that they didn't keep my funds separate from operating capital and used it either to keep the company running or pay other players? I'm not sure how new funding will solve any issues if this is how they run their operations. If they don't have money to pay players, how are they covering the operating costs? They have made several changes to the software recently so they are obviously investing money into the business. When I email them they don't give any information about the situation other than they are sorry for the inconvenience.

    If I had a few thousand on this site I would just treat it as a bad beat but I'm talking serious money. I'm tired of waiting around in hopes they provide me with my money. I've given them a chance to provide me with an actual explanation on how they plan to return my money but the continue to avoid these requests. I'm now forced to seek legal counsel just to recover my own money or at the very least make them accountable for this fraud.

    If anyone else on this site is interested in joining my legal claim just let me know.

    Unfortunately we can't comment on how they manage funds because we have no knowledge on the subject. We believe (and this is speculation) that the original problem came from a combination of two things. First that while the network was operating in the US, funds at certain payment processors were confiscated. Secondly they were let down by skins who owed money but didn't pay.

    This is why they are working so hard to get everything corrected.

    Obviously you must do what you see fit. We understand that totally.
