    OK i have an answer for you

    The way the freeroll tokens have been distributed has been on the same schedule as the rakeback payments. Because of this there were only 48 token periods, and with the freerolls being every Sunday there were 52 tournaments. This means that there are 4 times a year that the players wont have tokens for a specific weeks tournaments. This past weekend was one of those times.

    Along with switching the rakeback to Monday-Sunday instead of specific dates, the tokens schedule will also be changing to Monday-Sunday so players will no longer miss the 4 tournaments per year.

    Overall, the players are not missing tokens, the period dates just precluded them from receiving tokens in time to play last weeks freeroll. They will still be able to use the tokens they receive this week on future freerolls and moving forward this should not be an issue again.
    So hopefully everything is solved going forward!
