    Guys guys guys...and Leslie,

I am not sure how to make this any clearer to you all but I will try

The tourneys at all rooms were always supposed to be open to ALL players....ALL players.
They had to be in order to allow people who signed up through RTR to those rooms over the holiday period to be able to enter. And they were set up that way to allow RTR members who had accounts at those rooms through other affiliates to enter.

And to that end passwords were assigned to all tournaments.

If we had just limited it to the RTR members at the time of creating the tourneys then we wouldn't have needed passwords would we?
We could have just added all members tracked on Wednesday night and forgotten about the rest.

At the first Cake tourney lots of people could not enter who had created accounts on the night through us or had an account with another affiliate.
    We had 100+ complaints.
In addition we had another 50 more from players tracked to us who could not enter due to failings in the Cake system
So we talked to Cake on Friday and reminded them that the tourney was to be open to ALL players but with the Password protection left on.

Yesterday our affiliate manager sent this to us

Looks like someone in support removed the passwords for the tournaments. They must have thought open to all players = does not need a password. Sorry for any confusion it caused
So Casper there you have it. You don't require top security clearance at Cake to remove a password

And Gonzo, we have answered your numerous emails on this already and so I don't really understand why you feel the need to start over.

In summary and once more for the record, these were all set up for a little bit of fun over the holidays. No rules were changed. No goal posts were moved. There's no conspiracy to avoid sending out the odd hoodie or $500 prize.
It was spoiled for you guys because the "freeroll community" accessed the passwords and turned up. But overall 99% of the players were happy and these served their purpose and helped break up the boredom of the weekend for many. And so they were successful in that.

Let's put it all to rest and look forward to the festive season coming up and hopefully some more EXTRA freerolls

More Ho! Ho! Ho! & Less Bah Humbug!
    Best wishes

Well just what can I say, once the door slams, I guess it's shut. There is always right and wrong. and then there is karma. we are not playing cards now.thanks RTR for all the great work and freerolls, rake back and time spent to make our time spent here up lifting on both sides. sometimes things happen and we are not to mention or question it, we are to accept it for what it is. Hey it's all free right so it does not matter. My rake my money matters, BUT I dont wont to be the bad guy here and thats what it appears to RTR I am. Today just is, it cant be good or bad its my attitude. YEA and I got pocket aces. RTR said and will say I had my chance as good as anyone else. I stand corrected they were right. I was wrong.
