    Hi SD

The rakeback is usually paid within 5 working days of the month's end.
The race is paid by the 15th once we know that all the data is confirmed as correct.

    Hope that helps

    Hi Johnny,

Sorry to highjack thread, just got a quick question re: Rakeback on Coral.

I was not paid RB for June or July, as shown by the big red X next to it, in my profile.

    1. Is this because I cashed in some points on the Coral Client?

    2. And is there a 'best way' to make the most of my RB - like cash in points? or just leave it to you guys to pay the RB.

    3. I'm trying to work out, if you can end up going into Minus figures for your RB, ie - owing RTR money?

Hope this makes sense, the way I've worded it.

    Thanks alot

    J

    Hey Boom - no problem

    OK
    1) You will have been paid for June and July - directly by Coral - they usually pay by the 5th of the following month and we havent had any reports of non payment for July so allshould be fine.

The reason it shows as red crosses in our system is that we usually wait till the 18th before marking them as paid, just to be sure the room has paid players. June looks like we forgot to mark it as such. But again that will have been paid already.

    2) It doesnt matter whether you cash in point or wait for the cash from Coral. If you feel mid-month you need a cash injection, then cash in the points. You will always be topped up to 40% by Coral at the end of the month if you are owed.

    3) You can't go into negative territory. In any event, even if by some weird way you did end up with a negative amount, RTR would NEVER ask you to pay us anything. It would merely be offset against future rakeback. Nobody has ever had to pay RTR a cent in 11 years

    Hope that helps
    Best wishes
