    Not receiving my Rakeback on Poker room

    I am not receiving my rakeback to the poker room. I have over $14.00 in Rakeback and it has never shown up on my account.

    For a whole year now I have not received it and even longer than that as I never received any Rakeback to my account. I even have it set to send to my poker room. It is on Americascardroom.

    I have been a member here since 2013 and have yet to receive a dime for all my play.

    Could this please be explained to me in a private message.

    I'll ask our Support team to look into it.
    We dont make the payments, it's all automated by ACR
    The only thing i can think of is that your account there is on VIP and not rakeback.

    I'll post back when we have more news.
    It will take a few days to find out but I'll be back!

    @Administrator,

    I just spoke to ACR Support and they have reviewed my account. They said they would have to contact your support to correct or make sure all transactions and numbers are correct. Then they will have to verify that my account or referral tracking numbers correspond wiht yours to correctly credit my account.

    They said they will let me know something by the end of the day on this matter.

    I do not know what is going as of today. I have contacted ACR Support 3 times and they have yet to reply back like they said they would.

    Is there anything you can do to find out what is going?

    As it would be nice to be able to use the Rakeback before this weekend. As I have already won a spot in 150 Seat Main Sunday Morning for Million Dollar Tournament on October 11th. I would like to try and win a seat out right and sell the other spot back to ACR.
