Coral poker rakeback. Where is it?

Hi, when do coral poker pay their rakebacks? I understand that it would be every Tuesday, but I have been playing there on and off since the 1st of January, but have yet receive a single penny in RB.

According to PT, I have contributed 139.57 in rake up till 4:28AM, 16/01/16, and US$160.07 up till 4:09 AM, 15/01/06 on your system. Would have played more but they took a few days to verify my account, and the interface takes a bit of getting use to, plus I don't feel completely confident until I have receive my first RB payment.

Does the RB come straight from coral, or do they credit you first, and then you credit my poker account? Whichever way it works, looking forward to my 40% of 139 soon...

I used to play on William Hill before they savaged their RB programme with this SBR lark. It went from 60% to just over 20%, so 40% flat from Coral seems a good deal, but I've yet to receive anything. At least William Hill is prompt with their RB payments, and 20% of something is better than 40% of air. Hope you can help.

Hey Chaotic - Coral is paid monthly.
Usually by the 5th business day of the following month.
If you have exchanged any points for cash mid month, they deduct the value from the 40% and then make up the balance to 40%
Also your points are removed so that you don't double up

    Hope that helps
    Best wishes

OK, Cheers. Thought it was paid weekly, but monthly is good as well.

BTW, they dont deduct the first deposit bonus from the RB, do they?

Its now the 6th, past 5 working days into February, and still no sight of my RB from coral poker. I stopped playing there half way through the month, and reverted back to William Hill for the latter part of January, because I want to see how the RB turns out before committing more deposit into Coral. The delay is not doing anything for my confidence.

    Please help.

    Hey Chaotic

    Nothing to worry about
There have been live tournaments and also currently a conference in London that all the Affiliate team from Coral have been attending.

We will chase them up and I am sure any missing payments will be taken care of very early next week.
They always pay so you have no need to be concerned

    Have a good weekend.
    Best wishes

Hey Shoesize44 - everything was paid a week ago by them. No problems elsewhere so must be something specific about your account.

Please contact our team here and they will try to help you on Monday

    Have a good weekend!
