    Hi, I've just logged onto Coral and my VIP status has changed to Diamond. Is that right? As, when I checked the VIP levels I couldn't even find a Diamond level.

    Hey LIAD,

    They emailed us to say they and fixed it. I believe that Diamond was the old top level and is equivalent to Royal Flush but i will also double check with them just to be sure.

    They said the following:

    Diamond is the top level (same as Royal Flush Club) It hasnít been changed in the Cashier yet, but it is on IT's list......
    Could be a while! But you are on top (of the world Ma!)

    i signed up to coral. cause of the "existing users will be grandfathered to the top level"...
    i am still on quartz...
    i am an existing user of rtr...
    how will i get topped up`?

    We will email them for you now
    but it normally takes 24/48 hours from when you first earn a point.

    They will make sure you do not lose out

    too bad they didnt multiply the already earned points...
    i hope they multiply them now.. but i will figure this out with the support from them...

    do you really have to mail them every month to be topped up?
    i was downgraded today...
    and when they top you up they just keep the points you earned while they need to change it..
    the shortened me 1700 points this month...whis is roughly 100$ in bonus money...

    and when u mail them because of the issue u get this after 2 weeks of waiting:
