    ty..
    after the post i got a mail from a coral manager and got my points back and a little bit more as a good will gesture... everything is fine now...
    and the status was upgraded the next day...

    ok.. so there is the next problem with coral..
    the time to clear the bonus isnt 45 days because they close your account for the security check.
    so i lost 4 days because of that and now i am short a few points and my bonus is lost (over 500$ are gone)..
    they said it would be extented but it obviously wasnt and the customer support over there isnt very helpfull and i get the automated messages from them...
    too bad i have deleted the mail from their manager who was very helpfull.. but he said he read my message here so perhaps he read this too and can get in touch with me per mail...

    i must say bigger rooms could learn something from the handling of problems at coral...
