    Ladbrokes rakeback

    Hi,
    I seem to be having a rakeback issue. I haven't received any rakeback since the rakeback payment i received for the month of August.

    Hey Lakers

    You should start by contacting Ladbrokes CS and get them to chase any missing money (as they wont discuss your account with us)

    They also recently, apparently, added a T&C to their site that players who want 17.5% extra (on top of the 10%) must opt in here.
    We have told them that this is ridiculous since players who sign up through RTR would only be here for rakeback anyway! But they just don't get it!

    It looks like ladbrokes is refusing to pay the rake earned in Sept., even though they payed the rake earned in Aug..
    Does this mean that A. you no longer have a relationship with ladbrokes? and B. that Sept. rakeback and any future rakeback will not be paid?

    Hey lakers,

    Something has gone drastically wrong at Ladbrokes in the last 60 days. They have new people and divisions and have created a little us and them culture of their own between their acquisition and retention teams. In a nutshell this is causing them to lose revenue at an alarming rate.

    They've also made ridiculous changes regards making players opt in for rakeback, but omitting to tell players they need to.

    Our SEO is seeing them next Thursday to try and resolve things
    So please be patient until after then.

    It is your prerogative to move rooms. If you decide to, we have 3 other Microgaming rooms on offer at the moment.
