    Ladbrokes rakeback query

I can see a $20 rakeback figure on my profile summary. So am I correct in saying I get 20% rakeback despite only being silver status? plus the 10% claimed by cashing player points.

Starting to wonder why i even bothered registering with ladbrokes through this site, it appears I get no rakeback being affiliated with this site....only what was already offered via the ladbrokes VIP system.

Hiya - sorry i didn't see this post on Thursday.
Yes that is correct you will get 30% made up of 20% rakeback (twice a month) and 10% from cashing in the points.

On the regular Ladbrokes program you would not get 30% from day 1. In fact you would only get 10% unless you had raked $300 in the previous month.

In addition to this and all the regular Ladbrokes promotions, you also get access to our exclusive extra gadget promotion here which is worth an extra 15%.

So overall, the benefits of being a Ladbrokes member through RTR far outweigh just being a member direct!

    Hope that helps CerberAcE2
    Best wishes

    Hiya,

They make all the payments...but they are usually quite efficient on that front
    Have a good weekend.

So i received a $20.74 payment today from ladbrokes but from the 7th-19th i raked $150 so i was expecting $30. Do they process the payment a couple of days in advance? That would maybe explain the discrepancy.

    Hi CerberAcE2

    Thanks for your post

The 30% Rakeback at Ladbrokes is broken down into:
20% rakeback paid directly in to your Ladbrokes account on the 5th and 20th of each month (allowing for weekends)

    Period 1 = 1st 15th of each month (payment made 20th)
Period 2 = 16th Last day of the month (payment made 5th of following month)

The remaining 10% is claimed by you cashing in your poker points manually.

Therefore it seems that due to the payment time periods, your play from 16th-19th will be included in the next batch of payments on the 5th.

I hope that helps. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
    Best wishes

    Rachel
