    Question Pending Verification

    Hi guys,

This is my first post in this forum and I'm happy to be here! I signed up and opened up a linked Ladbrokes account early on the morning of Monday 30th September. Everything seemed to go fine and I followed your instructions as per how to link my new account. However, my rakeback link has been marked 'pending verification'all week. I've played a good few sessions including a marathon season yesterday. Please can you let me know the situation so I can play, safe in the knowledge that I'm being correctly tracked and everything is ok. Let me know please.

    Thanks in advance

Excellent! Thanks very much for the quick response.

Can you explain a little more about how the 30% rakeback payments are structured please? The explanation here:

    https://www.raketherake.com/ladbrokes-poker-rakeback

    is a little confusing.

I see my Loyalty Points that I have earned within the Ladbrokes software (100 points=$1) which I can convert to cash whenever I want, or they will be converted automatically on the 5th & 20th of every month right? But every Ladbrokes player is entitled to that anyway. What does raketherake offer, now that I'm linked to them? I have a Unibet account linked to another affiliate, and they immediately upgraded me to the highest VIP level by default to allow me the full 30% (33 points = $1) but I don't think Ladbrokes works the same way, I'm not sure. As I'm sure you know, Unibet offer a flat 30% via Loyalty points that are automatically converted every week. If you achieve VIP status on Ladbrokes, does it require less that 100 points per $1? I'm a little confused. Ladbrokes offer 20% + 10% which I don't really understand.

Also, does the rakeback appearing on the 'My Account' page here at raketherake, reflect what I've earned on Ladbrokes (ie. my Loyalty Points) or is it a separate amount calculated here?

Sorry for all the questions but, as of now, I don't understand what I'm getting extra by linking my account to raketherake. I want to clear everything up before I get started fully as I intend to rake a lot of money over the coming months and I want to make sure I understand the full benefits available to me. Please let me know.

    Thanks again

    No problem at all.
You get 30% from the start with us at Ladbrokes. It's just structured slightly differently because Laddies like to pay you more than once a month.

So what happens is you get 20% of your rake each half of the month and then at the end of the month they look what your total rake was for the month, calculate 30% and then pay you the extra money.

Also by signing up with us you get access to the extra promotion of the gadget chase which is worth 15% extra

The rakeback that appears on our site is calculated as 30% of whatever you have raked for the month so far.

Hope that helped. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
    Best wishes

    Hi,

Thanks again for the quick response. Very impressive customer support! I did a bit of research and contacted Ladbrokes and kind of get it now lol. My main concern is, with Ladbrokes, only the top 'VIP' tier are eligible for the full 20% mandatory rakeback payments. I'm still silver tier at the moment though due to the points I've raked, which only qualifies me for 10% rakeback:

Ladbrokes Promotions - Join the Poker Player Club | Ladbrokes Poker

Will I be upgraded automatically to VIP tier or do I just get the full 20% anyway regardless of what tier I am? It's just that when I play on Unibet (via my other affiliate), they upgraded me to Platinum Tier (eligible for the full 30%) permanently, regardless of how many Loyalty Points I rake. I hope you understand my question. Basically, will I get the full 20% payments bi-monthly regardless of my Tier Status?

    Thanks

    NP at all

Yes you will get the full 20% regardless of your status.
And in total you will get 30% of your rake back every month. You will not be short changed in anyway.

    Hope that helps

Excellent! That's all I wanted to know. Thanks for clearing that up. I look forward to a fruitful partnership!

    Thanks
