"Starting from 01/02/2014, the rules about cash out wias changed as follows: The players will be able to cash out their cash game and tournaments winnings. The Win/Loss considered will be the one done in the previous month from the 1st to its last day. In the case of a negative Win/Loss, the amount available to cash out will be the 20% of the balance with the limit of 5.000€.For example if u got bankroll 1k and u won 100euro in cash games in the january your withdrawal limit will be = 100+ 1000х20%=300euro."

I have got 0 balance at 28 february and now i can't withdraw even one penny. This is ridicolous. Could you help me with this joke?

    Hello,

Are you referring to your NoPro stats and payments?

You should have received your February payment on March 4th. I can also see stats for you in February. Please get back to me if you are referring to a different room.

I am looking into your withdrawals with NoPro.

    Thank you for your patience.
    Best wishes

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

NoPro have explained that unfortunately, as this is a Enet Policy, they do not have much influence over cashouts.

They are working with the Network to see whether anything can be done but Iím afraid that for the time being the policy stands.

Sorry we couldnít be of more help this time around, please let me know if you have any further questions.
    Best wishes

so basically this means that rakeback is pointless, because you can't withdraw it, also you can withdraw only 20% of the money you deposited. nice, real nice, I wasted 100 euros and month of my time.

I still don't understand these enet cashout rules. Here's a quote from their site:

    Case 1: Winning Player (playerX)

The following player, can ask the 20% of his balance considered the last day of the previous month, excluding any kind of transfer between accounts, that is letís say less any money received from the affiliate and/or poker room, plus the deposits done in the current month.
Does it mean it is impossible to withdraw a penny of the rakeback we receive, ever?
When I asked enet support about this they said to talk to my agent. Agent=affiliate?

Question to RTR: maybe we get rakeback directly to moneybookers/neteller?

We are trying to find out what this means for rakeback. As for future rakeback...this should be ringing alarm bells in everyone's heads. Withdraw what you can and play elsewhere.

To my question if it is possible to cash-out transfers between accounts the reply from payments@enetpoker.com was a simple No.

RTR, please work something out with NoPro. I know that it can be done, because other affiliates/enet skins allow people to withdraw their bankrolls and pay RB directly to Skrill.

As it is right now, I can't withdraw a penny of my current bankroll on NoPro, and I have another ~400$ RB already generated this month that I won't be able to withdraw.

We'll find out what the options are but the next problem will probably be that the affiliate wouldnt get paid fast so we couldnt pay the rakeback faster anyway!
