Each package is valued at $5,000+ and consists of the following

*NB Dress code is strictly enforced. Smart Casual - No hats, oversized jeans, baggy clothing, or athletic wear.
11:00am - Meeting time for any players but in who could not make the previous night's dinner - Conference Centre at The Rio - by the "Total Rewards" desk. The "Total Rewards" desk can be found just outside the main poker room. You will have to get a Total Rewards Card before you can register for event 48 anyhow so you will know where it is. We will be in RakeTheRake shirts so will be easy to spot

We would recommend that you register for the tournament before Friday 27th June as the queues for registration on the day can be as many as 200 people! Please remember to take your ID with you (see below) and keep your registration receipt!
Before you can register at the WSOP cage for the Event you must get a player's "Total Rewards" card from the desk outside the main poker room. The Total Rewards desk can be found at the 4-way intersection outside the main poker room. You will NOT be able to register for the event without one of these cards. They are free and the Total Rewards desk is opened 24/7 like the WSOP Cage. The Total Rewards desk will be our meeting point prior to the start of the event
Participants may register for any 2008 WSOP tournament event in person at the WSOP Registration Area in the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, 3700 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103, beginning May 28, 2008, for scheduled events in the 2008 WSOP. Cash, cashier's checks drawn from accredited banks and made out to registrants or the Rio, and Rio gaming chips may be used to pay for entry into a WSOP event.
Identification - Participants must show their valid picture identification (driver's license, state identification card, or military identification card) acceptable to Harrah's at registration. If a participant is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required.
No-Limit Hold'em (Event 48) Fri, Jun 27th starts 12:00 PM - 3-Day Event
Players begin with $4,000 in Tournament Chips. All levels will last 60 minutes. Breaks will be every two levels and last 20 minutes. Dinner break will be at the end of level 6 and last 90 minutes. Play will continue on Day 1 until the completion of level 10. Play will resume at 2 PM on June 28, 2008, and play down to the final table. Day 3: Final Table at 2 PM. 6.3% of the total entry pool will be withheld for entry fees, and 2.7% of the total entry pool will be withheld for tournament staff.

The following "Promotion" will be conducted by RakeTheRake (RTR) the "Company" as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees to the following:
1. PROMOTION/PARTICIPATION DESCRIPTION
Dates of Promotion: The Promotion will run from April 1st 2008 to May 31st 2008
How to Enter: Qualify for the Event 48 at the World Series 2008 by winning a package with RTR and its partners.
Starting April 1st 2008 RakeTheRake will be giving away a number of $5000 World Series packages. Players on RTR can win a package by fulfilling the criteria listed at any of our Team RTR Vegas partners.
If a package winner cannot be contacted from the information provided on the RTR database, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
2. TOURNAMENT PACKAGE WORTH $5,000+
Each winner will be provided with a $5,000 package for Event 48 of the 2008 World Series. The $5,000 package will consist of the $2000 buy in and $3000 for travel, accommodation and spending money. Event 48 runs from Friday 27th June 2008 to Sunday 29th June. Each participant and their guest will be invited to a RakeTheRake sponsored drinks and dinner on Thursday 26th June
A Player will only receive the full $5,000 if they participate in Event 48 of the 2008 World Series. If any player wins a package but elects not to play in Event 48 they will only receive the $3,000 in cash. The extra $2,000 cannot be used for any other WSOP* event.
Upon winning a $5000 package, the RTR player will receive $3,000 in to their poker account at the partner room where the package was won within 5 business days. A further $2000 will be deposited in to the player's account poker room account by the close of business on Tuesday 1st July 2008 upon proof of entry in to Event 48.
A package must be redeemed by its winner in accordance with the Company rules as expressly authorized and provided for by the Company. If a participant is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate promotional winner or not to award any winner at its sole discretion.
Players cannot win multiple packages - If a player wins a second package via a freeroll/tournament then the package will go to the next highest finisher and the prizes for those two players will be exchanged. If a player wins a second package via a rake race or points race, they will be awarded the next highest cash prize in that race regardless of whether they rejected the extra $2000 from the 1st package. The Company reserves the right to determine the exact distribution of prizes in the event of any multiple package winning situation.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least 21 years old on 27th June 2008. If a player is under 21 on that date they will only receive the cash part of the package of $3000. Participants may transfer their packages to others player but those players will be subject to all of the terms of the promotion.
4. PUBLICITY
By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
Players will have to wear a RakeTheRake shirt at all times while playing in the tournament. In addition they will be required to wear said shirt or hat during any tournament related interview.
5. RELEASE/WAIVERS
By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Promotion's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize.
6. CONDUCT & DECISIONS
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
Each participant may be required by Company to submit proof of eligibility to claim the promotional prize(s). Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute promotional prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Promotion at any time as may be posted on the website. The Promotion is subject to change at any time. The Promotion is a package of promotional prize(s) and cannot be segregated or otherwise separated by the participant. All promotional prize(s) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. There are no exceptions. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion. All participant entries shall become the property of the Company and will not be returned to participants.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales as are in force from time to time including, without limitation, the Electronic Communications Act, 2000 (C.7). By accepting this Agreement, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the location that we determine in our sole discretion in respect of any disputes arising out of, or connected with, this Agreement. Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent us from applying to the courts of any jurisdiction for such provisional or protective measures as are available under the laws of that jurisdiction.
