Welcome to the New RakeTheRake

We wanted to welcome you all to our new site. We have been busy taking on board all the suggestions and comments you have made over the last year and hopefully you will find this site a vast improvement on the last version.

We would just like to take a few moments to bring you up to speed on the changes we have made and help explain how it will work.

Below we have added a series of screen shots showing you what's new and how you can use the new system.

Firstly here is a list of the key changes:

  • The site is now orange...yep orange
  • You can now see all the correct percentages that you are receiving at each room
  • You can now see all your referred players, the rake they are generating and the amount you're earning
  • You can now see the number of hands/points you have earned to qualify for promotions assuming that information is provided to us by the poker room

Ok so what next?

Logging In

Logging in to the new systemYou can login to the new system using the 'Members Login' panel which is located on the left hand side of the page.

You can use your existing Username and Password. If you have forgotten these you will need to use the Forgot Password feature.

Setting Up 'Your Account'

Amending Your Account DetailsThe first time you log in you will be taken to 'Your Profile' page and asked to complete any personal detail fields that are missing.

Your Username at RakeTheRake is your current RTR##### Number
If you want to, you can change your Username but be warned that you can only change your Username with us ONCE.

You can also change your password if you wish.

To save ALL changes at any time you must enter your existing password at the bottom of the Profile page.

Once you have updated any missing data you can switch from 'Your Profile' to 'Your Rakeback Account' details in the menu on the left hand side of the page.

Finding Your Way Around

There are four sections to 'Your Rakeback Account'
(Note: Depending on your browser you will either see these as tabs or otherwise all four sections on the same page one after the other)

The four sections are:

  1. Rakeback
  2. Referral Earnings
  3. Add/Delete Poker Rooms
  4. Payment Methods

To view information for a particular month select from the drop down menu (see below for example).

Rakeback

This section shows you a summary of your data including:

  1. Your total Rakeback from this month
  2. Your referral fees
  3. And any precious rakeback outstanding

You can also see all your rakeback deals and rake as well as the number of hand/points for any promotion we might be running

The Rake Tracker News will also update you with any problems regarding issues with data we receive from the poker rooms

This section is self explanatory and shows you all your referrals so far, their rake and your earnings

Add / Delete Poker Rooms

Here you can add and delete poker rooms to and from your account.
Note: If you delete a room you cannot get it back up so be careful.

To add a room just select the room from the drop down menu and you will be taken to the relevant poker page where you can sign up as normal.

Payment Methods

This is the section you need to fill in if you receive rakeback from rooms which do not transfer money automatically in to your account (without interference from RTR)

If you have any referral fees you will also need to fill this in.
