Jackie Glazier recently graced international poker headlines by attaining the “Last Woman Standing” billing in the 2013 WSOP Main Event. Glazier represented the ladies well after finishing 31st out of 6,358 players and earning a $229,281 payday. The Australian’s magical tournament run definitely impressed 888poker since they signed her to a sponsorship deal. James Bord wins 2010 WSOPE Main Event

Many of poker’s biggest names were among the 346 players who took part in the 2010 World Series of Poker Europe Main Event.  Phil Ivey, Roland De Wolfe, Barry Greenstein, and Freddy Deeb were just a few of the many stars in attendance at this poker tournament.  Interestingly enough, only Roland De Wolfe was still around on the final poker table when the tournament hung in the balance. Gus Hansen Wins First Bracelet

Phil Laak Wins First WSOP Bracelet

The summer was pretty rough for world-renowned casino poker player Phil Laak since he got into an ATV accident and spent days in the hospital. However, it appears that things are looking up for Laak after winning 2 major poker tournaments in a row.
