Freedom Day Bingo

As the UK gets ready for the long-awaited ‘Freedom Day' on July 19th, Bongo's Bingo is celebrating the new found freedom with a one-off special event at Content in Liverpool.

Jonny Bongo, co-founder of Bongo's Bingo, will host the eagerly anticipated event as the Bongo's Bingo crew bring the rave-infused bingo fun back to pre-pandemic levels.

Jonny said of the special event: “We can’t quite believe it’s happening after all this time. Being able to do the show how it was always intended is quite mind-blowing really. And to be able to open up again fully across the UK in all of the venues too, the length and breadth of the country is incredible too.

“We know how difficult it has been for everyone since last March. And we know many people have been desperate to be together again. So Monday, July 19th is a new beginning for us all, really. It is going to be bloody emotional.”

The one-off spectacular on Monday, July 18th will be the first full house for Bongo's Bingo since the beginning of the nationwide lockdown as the bingo industry bounces back from the pandemic troubles.

And, if the excitement of Bongo's Bingo returning wasn't enough for you, a special appearance by legendary TV star Paul Chuckle as their special guest has been arranged by the Bongo's Bingo crew.

In recognition of the difficulty the last 16 months have caused for the public, as well as those with mental health issues, the Bongo’s Bingo team will donate £2 from every ticket sold to the mental health charity, MIND.

Information and ticket sales are available at the Bongo's Bingo website.
