    euroclub cashout problem

    hello,

    i asked a withdrawal on euroclub poker this 04.01.2015,

    tomorrow it will be 1 month that this operation is pending,

    last year i had the same problem, what s happening whith the site ?

    this is not technical problem but just money problem with the site i thing

    the politic of the site (in the site they note that withdrawal with ewallet are done in 48 hrs) it s not correct,

    today i sent a mail to euroclub support and i received a mail in answer ;

    for info i received exactly the same answer when i sent them a mail this 10.02.2015,

    what are they doing with our money ??

    i know i should receive my money, but 1 month and it s only the beginning .... lol

    why do you still keep playing if you know that the have huge delays in paying their customers?
    besides of that i still dont know why those rooms are still promoted?

    i will believe that this problem will be resolved, i like to play on this site, voila ....

    I'm waiting more than 4 months.I dont understand why RTR works with this site.

    RTR has nothing to do with processing cash out . if you have something to say about that you may contact the support till yo get sick...voila
