    Can you check that you are subscribed to get promotional emails from Bovada?

    This might be the reason why you are not receiving a ticket for the freerolls.

    Please can you check you are subscribed to promotional emails on Bovada.lv using the following path:

    My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions

    Today i recived this mail from Bodog.eu .
    Dear Mr. Ananjev,

    Tickets for tournaments offered by other sites are only issued when we're informed which players are eligible. If we don't receive notification from the other website, we can't issue a ticket. If you believe you're eligible for that tournament, I suggest contacting the other website so they can double-check.

    Bovada confirmed that you had been asked to verify your account. Upon verification, your account status will change from “disabled” back to “enabled".
    Can you please confirm if they contacted you about this and if your account has been enabled?

    Hello RTR Cooper.
    I have a little problems with Bodog.eu here is my mail sent on DECEMBER 2 :

    Sergej Ananjev <sergejananjev@gmail.com>
    Dec 2 (5 days ago)

    to verification
    I want to verificate my account.
    3 Attachments

    I send them 3 attachments and they still didnt answered me about the verification. I Send them Passport and ID Card .
    I must to wait till they approve my account , if there is posibility RTR Admins to Help me please do it for me. Thanks RTR Admins!
    Today i send them another mail just to see what;s going on with my account. They blocked me for no reason , after i call them for ticket for 500$ RTR freeroll my account was blocked , really dont understand this i dont make withdrawal just asking ticket for my affiliated Forum site.
    I will just wait nothing i can do more , i do what they wanted from me to be done!
