As you may be aware UltimateBet and Absolute Poker recently made changes to the way bonuses were being deducted. The bonuses were being deducted from rakeback which is why you may have seen a dramatic change in your stats.
This has now been altered and from 1st June all bonuses are deducted from rake before rakeback is calculated.
We updated our stats system to reflect these changes which is why you may have seen your rakeback stats fluctuating recently.
AP and UB are now deducting the following from rake before rakeback calculations are made:
All bonuses
Chargebacks
Processing fees for US players
AP and UB deduct fees from US players in order to cover payment processing transaction costs.
What this means is that you should not withdraw and re-deposit unnecessarily if you don’t need to.
These transaction charges range from 5-10% depending on the method of deposit. We do not have a breakdown from the rooms.
There are currently no charges for withdrawals.
The stats in your RTR account should now be correct.
