Summer Slam Highlights...
The first thing to note about this poker tournament series is that it runs from June 11th-24th, 2012, and there’ll be 14 tourneys in all. This event will appropriately end with a €50,000 tournament on the 24th, and the buy-in is €80 + €5.
It’s also worth mentioning that there’s a Summer Slam leaderboard running, and the top 100 point earners are going to share in €10,000 worth of cash prizes. The top player on this leaderboard will collect €2,000 along with a WPT National Mazagan (Morocco) prize package. Points are given out based on a formula that incorporates the tournament buy-in, number of entrants, and player’s finishing position.
