If you’re the jealous type, perhaps it’s best that you avoid checking out this top 10 list of online poker winners. As for everybody else, here is a look at some players who’ve found incredible success while playing internet poker.

1. Phil Ivey – There are plenty of reasons why Ivey is considered the best all-around poker player in the game, and a major reason is because of his online prowess. In fact, he’s earned over $19.2 million, which is well over $7 million than the next highest player. And just imagine how much rakeback he has hauled in!

2. Patrik Antonius – Much like Ivey, Antonius is a very good all-around player, and this especially shows in both Omaha and Hold’em poker. The Finn has worked opponents to the tune of $11.84 million in profits while playing online.

3. Phil “OMGClayAiken” Galfond – It’s no surprise why Galfond has developed into such a successful poker coach since he’s one of the best internet players of all-time. The Pot-Limit Omaha specialist has earned $7.87 million over the years.

4. Di “Urindanger” Dang – Urindanger is one of the most interesting stories in the game because he shares a bankroll with his brother, Hac Dang. Even more interesting is the fact that Di has earned $7.4 million since he started playing on the cyber poker tables.

5. Dan “Jungleman12” Cates – In a three-year span that includes working at McDonald’s and living in his parents’ basement, Cates has racked up $7 million in profits. Jungleman12 is renowned for his rapid rise among the elite online poker players.

6. Hac “trex313” Dang – The other half of the Dang dynasty, Hac is nearly as successful as his brother with $5.57 million in profits. Together, the brothers have earned over $13.4 million while sharing their bankroll.

7. Ashton “theASHMAN103” Griffin – The similarities among the high stakes elite are crazy because Griffin actually roomed with Cates. Sharing a living space with Jungleman12 isn’t the only similarity between the two since Griffin is one of the top internet players with $4.85 million in winnings.

8. Abe “EazyPeazy” Mosseri – Having experienced lots of success in backgammon, Mosseri has also found himself a solid niche in poker since he’s made over $4.16 million in a variety of poker games.

9. Brian Hastings – Hastings owes a big thanks to Viktor “Isildur1” Blom for his $3.9 million in profits. After all, Hastings set the record for the most money ever made in a single session ($4.18 million) while playing Blom. He also won another $1.5 million in another session against Isildur1.

10. Rafi “howisitfeellike” Amit – The Israeli burst onto the scene by winning the $10k World Championship of Pot-Limit Omaha in 2005; unfortunately, he also had to sit out of this same poker tournament for saying the F-word too many times. Perhaps people have forgotten about these days since Amit has earned $3.6 million on the cyber tables.

Tip of the Day: One of the biggest mistakes that poker players make is trying to move up the limits too quickly. In order to avoid this, you should play between 5k-10k poker hands at a certain level to find out how you are performing.
